About PAIA

The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) gives effect to the right of access to information held by public and private bodies, subject to the requirements and limitations set out in that Act. FSG acknowledges the relevance of PAIA to it, as applicable.

Requests for Information

While the formal designated contact details and procedures are being verified, a request for access to information can be directed to FSG by email at info@futuresynergies.co.za. Please describe the information you are seeking, and your purpose, as clearly as possible so that the request can be considered.

Availability of a Manual

PAIA may require a private body to prepare a manual describing the records it holds and how a request for access should be made. Where such a manual is required, it must be prepared and made available in accordance with applicable law.

This page is not such a manual, and it does not claim that a manual has been prepared or approved. It is a draft acknowledgement of PAIA’s relevance, pending confirmation of the prescribed requirements.

Prescribed Information

Where PAIA prescribes particular information — for example, details of the body, the relevant officer and the request procedure — that information must be prepared and made available in the manner required by law.
